Healing pain and diseases means knowing the cause!
The comprehensive medical anamnesis, which comprises different analyses, is aimed at identifying connections. It serves to get to know the symptoms in as much detail as possible. Not only the symptoms, but above all the history and many parameters of the current state of health, provide decisive clues to the therapy and training approach. For example, medical findings, examinations of the cardiovascular system, ECG, neurological analyses, limitations of the musculoskeletal system, previous illnesses. Through the findings of the anamnesis, we can effectively and quickly begin with your personal concept plan.
Our diagnostic service spectrum at a glance
Detailed questioning about medical history incl. discussion of possible medical letters and interpretation:
We include existing pre-existing conditions when determining your application and training plan. For example: high blood pressure, metabolic disorders, chronic diseases, operations, internal, cardiological and neurological diseases as well as medication.
INBODY-Scan
Issing state-of-the-art technology, the InBody device, precisely analyzes weight and segmental muscle and fat percentage in the arms, legs and trunk. In addition, body water, percentage body fat and basal metabolic rate are determined. The results are shown in writing and graphically on a findings sheet.
Cardiovascular system - ECG and blood pressure control
Our ECG measures the individual cardio stress index (CSI). This shows the current stress load on the heart, which can be caused by mental as well as physical overload. Heart rate variability is an indicator of how well the heart can respond to internal and external environmental influences that affect the organism. Thus, HRV is dependent on various factors: Age, gender, metabolic activity, mental as well as physical stress and athletic training condition. Sufficient heart rate variability is therefore an indication of health. Blood pressure measurement, pulse measurements and performance diagnostics in the cardio area are used to examine the heart's response to resistance and increasing load.
FMS Movement and Posture Analysis
Through a functional movement analysis (Functional Movement Screen), we objectively identify limitations in the movement process:
- Mobility
- Asymmetries and muscle imbalances
- The interaction of muscle chains
- Stability and strength of muscles
- Koordination and balance
- Posture
Spinal scan and orthopedic status
The spinal scan is used for state-of-the-art, computer-aided diagnostics and determines objective data about the condition of the spine and the impairment of the nervous system. The scan is absolutely painless and radiation-free. Orthopedic diagnostics for acute as well as chronic joint, muscle and tendon complaints are performed by means of various functional tests. In this way, the current status of the complaint and possible subsequent complaints are assessed.
Internal medicine IPPAF physical examination incl. urine test and stool sample
A whole-body examination is used to determine pathological findings.
I = inspection
P = palpation
P = percussion
A = auscultation
F = functional check
This examination often already enables an initial classification of the complaints and is decisive for the ordering of further examinations. In some cases, a diagnosis can already be made on the basis of the physical examination. In addition, findings from a urine test and stool sample are included.
Blood laboratory and nutrient analysis
Each organ system has a specific requirement pattern for micronutrients. The nervous system, for example, requires the B vitamins, calcium and magnesium in particular, as well as the amino acids phenylalanine, tryptophan, methionine and glutamic acid. The cardiovascular system depends on sufficient availability of the amino acids arginine, taurine, carnitine and others. A deficiency of micronutrients is not readily apparent. Symptoms range from mild health disorders to severe organ diseases. Therefore, laboratory tests are essential to assess the supply situation of the body. Based on the analysis results, it is possible to identify any nutrient deficiencies precisley.
Blood glucose determination
Blood glucose measurement is used to determine the level of glucose in the blood. The result of the measurement is shown on a test strip.
Neuroanamnesis
In order to eliminate pain permanently, not only the symptoms must be treated, but also the cause. Depending on the symptoms, the following tests, among others, are performed:
- Neurological tendon reflex tests
- Functional diagnostics
- Fascial distortion tests
Osteopathic anamnesis
At the beginning of an osteopathic treatment, there is always a personal initial consultation with an assessment based on an extensive questionnaire, which provides information about all parameters of the current physical condition. This includes information about: Pre-existing conditions of any kind, operations, cardiovascular system, pain, lifestyle and orthopedic status. The anamnesis already begins with the greeting. Gait and posture often provide initial clues to the development and cause of pain. The physical anamnesis, on the other hand, is carried out in great detail. The mobility of the joints and organs, the tension of the connective tissue, pain sensation and warmth of the painful region are inspected.
